Brokerage firm Motilal Oswal has advised investors to purchase (BUY) on the shares of Dr. Agrawals Health Care Limited (DAHL). The company has said in its research note that Dr. Agarwals shares have a scope of up to 15% and its target price has been fixed at ₹ 510.

Leader in i-care sector, rapidly growing demand

Dr. Agrawals Health Care is one of the largest and fastest growing i-care companies in the country. For three generations, this family has been working in the field of eye treatment and today it has 221 centers (till December 2024) across India.

The demand for eye care sector in India is continuously increasing every year. According to the report, an annual growth rate (CAGR) of 12–14% can be seen between FY24 to FY28 in this industry. Dr. The special feature of Agarwals is that this hospital focuses only on eye treatment, which costs its cost and returns quickly.

The company offers its services through surgery, counseling, optical (glasses) and pharma products. Surgery gives the company the most, ie 65% revenue. At the same time, the company is also expanding rapidly in areas like optical and pharma.

Strong growth and investment recommendation

According to Motilal Oswal, Dr. Agarwals recorded 38% revenue and 41% Ebitda annual growth during FY22-24. In the coming three years, the company can perform well with 21% revenue and 23% Ebitda Cagr. The company’s revenue is estimated to reach ₹ 24.9 billion and Ebitda ₹ 6.9 billion by FY27.

Motilal Oswal has kept the company’s target price ₹ 510 on the basis of its valuation model and has advised investors to shop in this stock.
